ALICE ROHRWACHER Director & Screenwriter
Born in Tuscany, Alice Rohrwacher graduated from Torino University in Literature and Philosophy. She went on to study film in Portugal and Italy. As director, she devoted herself first to documentaries and has contributed a segment to the collective documentary feature Checosamanca.At 27 years old, Corpo Celeste is her feature length writing and directing debut, for which she received enthusiastic approval in Cannes 2011 at the 'Directors' Fortnight'.
