In a small close-knit community in North-East France, an 11 year old girl has been raped and murdered.
On the hunt for the killer is Police detective Pharaon De Winter (Emmanuel Schotté), an awkward, shy introvert who maintains a close and voyeuristic relationship with his neighbour (Séverine Caneele) and
her boyfriend (Philippe Tullier).
An almost child-like innocent, Pharaon is appalled, not only by the crime but by the monstrousness of human behaviour. |
